Cryptograph is a game. It is an entertainment-only crypto trading simulator. You play with virtual money that has no real-world value. There is no real cryptocurrency, no real funds, and no way to deposit, withdraw, buy, sell, or cash out anything of real value. Nothing in the app is financial or investment advice.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cryptograph mobile application and related websites and services (together, the "App" or "Service"), operated by MOBILE TECH GATESHEAD LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at Unit 1 Interchange Centre, West Street, Gateshead, NE8 1BH, United Kingdom ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Cryptograph is a simulation game for entertainment purposes only. It lets you simulate trading cryptocurrencies (such as Bitcoin and various altcoins) using virtual, in-game currency.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that your use of the App complies with all laws that apply to you.
The App is offered subject to, and your use must comply with, the terms of the app store from which you obtained it (for example, the Google Play Terms of Service).
The App does not require you to deposit money or to provide real financial details. Game progress (such as your virtual balance, holdings, level, and history) is generally stored on your device and/or with our service providers solely to run the game.
You are responsible for your device and for any activity that takes place through your copy of the App. We are not responsible for game data that is lost, for example if you uninstall the App, clear its data, reset your portfolio, or change devices.
The App may grant you virtual currency and virtual items — for example, a starting balance, daily rewards, streak bonuses, rewards for watching optional ads, or amounts received from resetting your portfolio. You acknowledge and agree that:
Cryptograph is not a broker, dealer, exchange, wallet, investment adviser, or financial institution, and does not provide any regulated financial, investment, trading, or payment service.
Nothing in the App or on our website is, or should be relied upon as, financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency or other asset. Simulated, in-game results do not reflect, and are not indicative of, real-market outcomes. Real cryptocurrency trading carries significant risk; any real-world decisions you make are your own responsibility.
The App may display prices and other market information derived from third-party data sources to make the simulation feel realistic. This data is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, may be delayed, approximate, interrupted, or inaccurate, and is used only to power the game. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data and are not liable for any reliance on it.
The App is free to play and may be supported by advertising, including banner ads and optional "rewarded" ads that grant in-game virtual currency. To run the game, serve and measure ads, attribute app installs and marketing campaigns, and understand how the App is used, we use third-party advertising, attribution, and analytics providers — including AppsFlyer (mobile attribution and marketing analytics), Google AdMob (advertising), and Google Firebase / Crashlytics (analytics and crash reporting). These providers may collect and use device and usage data and identifiers as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for any products or services they promote.

The App and all of its content — including software, design, graphics, logos, text, and the "Cryptograph" name — are owned by or licensed to MOBILE TECH GATESHEAD LTD and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Third-party names and logos (for example, of cryptocurrencies) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any in-game data will be accurate or preserved. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Because the App is a free game involving only virtual money, to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or virtual currency or items, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the App.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of England and Wales. Subject to that, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the App and these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us to use the App in the 12 months before the claim (which, for a free app, will typically be nil) or (b) GBP 50.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MOBILE TECH GATESHEAD LTD and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising out of your misuse of the App or your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time and uninstall it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, the licence granted to you ends and you must stop using the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 4, 5, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 15) will continue to apply.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the App (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction, and nothing affects your mandatory local consumer rights.
